Asian Chicken Salad

From my friend Shannon who is so much fun to cook with...

Pasta Salad
8 oz. bow tie pasta, cooked
3 cups shredded, cooked chicken (again, rotisserie is the best)
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
1/3 cup diced green onion
6 cups fresh spinach
1/3 cup toasted sliced or slivered almonds
2 small cans of mandarin oranges

Dressing
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
3 T sugar
1/4 tsp pepper

Combine cooked pasta, chicken and half of the dressing (can be done the night before). Combine the rest of the ingredients right before serving.
